- Choicecare Network
The CWC is currently not enrolled as providers with the following insurance companies due to their re-imbursement policies. But we will continue to file with them as non-participating providers on your behalf.

- Cigna
- United Healthcare
- Humana (unlessit is the Choicecare Network)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO
- BlueChoice
- All other HMOs
